RankHighUp Refund Eligibility

At RankHighUp.com, we strive to provide transparent and high-quality backlink services that help improve your online visibility. Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on backlinks once a campaign has started or links have been placed.

Please understand that backlinks are a time-sensitive, non-reversible service. Once initiated, resources are allocated and outreach efforts begin immediately, making it impossible to retract the work or recover costs.

No Refunds Policy Applies In the Following Cases:

  1. Backlink campaigns have been initiated or are in progress.

  2. Links have been published or submitted for publication.

  3. Results are in development (please note that backlinks may take 1–4 weeks to show noticeable results).

Refunds Will Only Be Considered If:

  1. You purchased a service but were completely unable to initiate or complete the initial setup.

  2. You did not receive any deliverables or results within 30 days of purchase.

  3. You can provide proof of purchase, documentation of setup attempts, and a written explanation (minimum 100 words) of the issues encountered.

Refund Evaluation Process
If you believe you’re eligible under the very limited conditions above, your request will be reviewed based on:

  • Proof that no setup was completed or initiated.

  • Evidence that no deliverables or backlinks were provided.

  • Communication history with our support team demonstrating efforts to resolve the issue.

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Yearly Subscription Notice
All yearly subscriptions are billed at a discounted rate and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
